[해외유머] '비프스테이크'

"May I have your order, sir?"

The waiter of an American restaurant said to a customer.

Although the customer, a traveler from the Orient, was new to western
food, he knew at least what beef steak was like.

So, of course, he ordered beef steak.

"How would you like your steak done, sir?" queried the waiter.

The foreign traveler pondered briefly, then replied, "I would like
my steak done with your best."

"뭘 드시겠습니까?" 하고 웨이터가 물었다.

동양에서 온 여행자인 그 손님은 서양음식에 관해 잘 몰랐지만 적어도
비프스테이크가 뭔지는 알고 있었다.

그래서 당연한 일로 비프스테이크를 주문했다.

"스테이크를 어떻게 해올리까요?"라고 웨이터는 물었다.

외국에서 온 여행자는 잠시 생각하더니 대답했다.

"정성껏 해줘요"
