After a two-week criminal trial in a bank robbery case, the judge instructs the jury foreman to read the verdict to the court.

"We find the defendant not guilty of all four counts of bank robbery,"stated the foreman.

The family of the defendant jump for joy at the verdict.

The defendant,with a bewildered look on his face, turns to his attorney and says, "I'm real confused here. Does this mean that I have to give all the money back?"

은행강도사건에 대한 2주간의 형사재판을 마치면서 판사는 배심장을 보고 평결내용을 낭독하라고 했다.

"은행강도혐의에 대한 4개 기소 항목 모두에 대해 피고는 죄가 없는 것으로 평결했습니다"라고 배심장은 언명했다.

그 소리를 듣자 피고 가족들은 펄쩍 뛰면서 좋아했다.

그런데 피고는 어리둥절한 표정으로 변호사를 보고 묻는 것이었다.

"이 거 정말 혼란스럽네요. 그럼 나는 그 돈을 죄다 돌려줘야 한다는 말인가요?"
