At a seminar for ministers, one of the speakers said: "The best years of my life were spent in the arms of a woman that wasn't my wife!" The crowed was shocked. He followed up by saying, "And that woman was my mother!" The crowed burst into laughter. About a week later one of the ministers who had attended the seminar decided to use that joke in his sermon. "The greatest years of my life were spent in the arms of another woman that wasn't my wife!" he said.

His congregation sat shocked. After standing there for almost 10 seconds trying to recall the second half of the joke which seemed foggy to him,he finally blurted out,"and I can't remember who she was!"

목사들 세미나에서 한 연사가 "나는 최고의 시절을 아내가 이닌 여자의 품에서 보냈습니다"라고 말하자 사람들은 깜짝 놀랐다.

"그런데 그 여자는 어머님이었습니다"라고 그가 말을 잇자 웃음바다가 되었다. 그로부터 1주일쯤 지나 세미나에 갔던 한 목사는 설교때 그 농담을 써먹기로 했다.

"나는 최고의 시절을 아내 아닌 다른 여자의 품에서 보냈습니다."라며 그는 이야기를 시작했다.

사람들은 깜짝 놀랐다.

몽롱해진 농담의 후반부를 생각해내려고 안간힘을 쓰면서 10초 가까이 시간이 흐르자 그는 마침내 불쑥 한다는 소리가".그런데 그 여자가 누구였는지 생각나지를 않습니다"였다.
