A successful doctor decided that he wasn't happy with his life and needed a change, so got himself a sex change operation.

A couple of weeks later he returned to his practice.

His secretary wondered why it took him so long to return.

"Well, it hurt a lot more than I thought it would."

Then she asked him, "What part hurt the most? Was it when they cut off your penis or when they made your breast that big?"

"What hurt the most was when they drilled a hole in my head and pumped out half of my brains!"

의사로는 성공했지만 사는 게 재미가 없다고 생각한 사람이 변화가 필요하다는 생각에 성전환수술을 받기로 했다.

두 주가 지나 그는 다시 병원에 나왔다.

여비서는 그토록 오랜만에 나오게 된 까닭을 물었다.

"그게 내가 생각했던 것보다 훨씬 고통스러운 거더군."

"어떤 과정이 가장 아팠는데요? 거기를 잘라낼 때였나요 아니면 유방을 그렇게 크게 할 때였나요?"

"제일 아픈 건 머리에 구멍을 뚫어 두뇌의 절반을 드러낼 때더군!"이라고 그는 말했다.
