Two senior couples are walking along-wives in front, husbands in back.


Herb says to Sam, "We went to a new restaurant last night and had the best meal ever. Good prices too."


Sam says, "Well, we like to eat out too. What was the name of the restaurant?"


Herb says, "You have to help me out here a littele. What's the name of that pretty flower, smells sweet, grows on a thorny bush?"


Same says, "How about rose?"


"Yes, yes, that's it!" cries Herb, then calls ahead to his wife.


"Rose. Hey, Rose. What was the name of the restaurant we ate last night?"

허브가 샘에게 말했다．


"우리는 간밤에 새 식당에 가봤는데 난생 그렇게 좋은 음식은 처음이었어. 값도 비싸지 않고 말이야."


"우리도 외식을 생각하고 있는데 그 식당 이름이 뭐지?"하고 샘이 물었다.


"이거 좀 도와줘야겠네. 향기가 좋고 가시투성이 나무에 피는 아름다운 꽃 이름이 뭐더라?"


"로즈(장미) 말인가?"하고 샘이 물엇다.


"맞네 맞아!"하고 탄성을 지른 허브는 앞서가는 아내에게 소리쳤다.


"이봐요 로즈. 간밤에 우리가 갔던 식당 이름이 뭐였지?"
