[비즈니스 유머] 셋방 구하기

"Shortly after the sign “Room to let. No children” was put up, there was a knock at the door and a little boy of about five came in．

"Madam， I saw your sign in the window and I was wondering if they were still vacant."

He thought a little while and continued, " haven’t any children. There are just me and my aged parents."

Standing outside were a young couple with anxious faces． They got the rooms．


"셋방 있음. 어린이 없는 분"이라고 써 붙이고 얼마 있다가 노크 소리가 나더니 다섯 살 가량 된 사내아이가 들어왔다．

"아주머님, 창문에 써붙인 걸 봤는데요, 아직 나가지 않았나 해서요."

이렇게 말한 소년은 잠시 생각하고 나서 이야기를 계속했다．

"어린아이는 없습니다．나하고 늙은 부모님뿐입니다."

밖에는 젊은 부부가 걱정스런 표정으로 서있었다．

셋방은 그들의 차지가 되었다．
