An organization is like a big tree full of monkeys, all on different limbs at different levels．

Some monkeys are climbing up… some down．

The monkeys on top look down and see a tree full of smiling faces．

The monkeys on the bottom look up and see nothing but assholes．


조직이란 원숭이들이 높이가 다른 큰 가지들에 잔뜩 매달려있는 커다란 나무와도 같다．

위로 기어 올라가는 놈들이 있는가 하면, 기어내려 오는 놈들도 있다．

꼭대기에 있는 원숭이들이 아래를 내려다보면 눈에 띄는 것은 미소 짓는 얼굴들로 빽빽한 나무다．

아래 쪽에 있는 원숭이들에게 보이는 거라곤 온통 황문뿐이다．
