A robust-looking gentleman ate a fine meal at an expensive restaurant and after topping it with some Napoleon brandy， he summoned the headwaiter．

"Do you recall," he started, “When a year ago， I had a similar meal here and then， because I couldn’t pay for it， he had me thrown into the alley like a common bum？“ ”I‘m very sorry sir．．” began headwaiter．

"Oh， it’s all right," said the guest, "but I‘m afraid I’ll have to trouble you again..."

건장해 보이는 신사가 고급식당에서 나폴레옹 코냑까지 곁들여 잘 먹고는 급사장을 불렀다．

“1년전에 여기서 똑 같은 식사를 했는데 식대를 지불하지 못 하자 여느 부랑자처럼 취급 해서 나를 길가로 내던졌었는데 그 일 기억해요？”하고 그는 물었다．

“손님 정말 죄송하게 됐습니다...”라며 급사장은 잘못을 사과했다．

“괜찮아요. 그런데 오늘 또 한 번 그 수고를 해주셔야겠어요…."
