In a small town a man finds every hotel room is taken.

He begs to the last hotel clerk,"Just a bed,please, I'm really beat."

The clerk says,"We have a double room with only one occupant.

He'd be glad to split the cost.

But he snores so loudly…."

"No problem，I'll take it."

The next morning when the guys comes down to breakfast，the clerk says，"How'd you sleep with him snoring?"

"He was already in bed snoring when I came into the room. So I went over， gave him a big kiss on the cheek， and said，'Good night，beautiful.' And he sat up and watched me all night."


작은 고장을 찾은 사람이 호텔방을 구할 수 없었다．

마지막으로 찾아간 곳에서 그는 “나 기진맥진한 상태니 내게 제발 잠자리 좀 마련해줘요”라고 애걸했다．

"한 사람이 묵고 있는 더블 룸이 있는데 그 방을 함께 쓰신다면 그 손님은 비용이 절감되므로 좋아할 겁니다. 한데 그 사람 요란하게 코를 골아댑니다."

"문제없어요. 그 방을 주세요."

이튿날 아침 그가 식사하러 내려오자 호텔종업원은 "그 사람 코를 골아대는데 어떻게 주무셨죠？"하고 물었다．

"내가 방에 들어가보니 벌써 잠들어 코를 골고 있더군. 그래서 다가가 뺨에다 요란하게 키스를 해주고는 '잘 자요 예쁜이'라고 하지 않았겠어요. 그랬더니 밤새 자지 않고 나를 바라보기만 하더군."
