A man thought he had conquered the problem of trying to remember his wife's birthday and their anniversary. He opened an account with florist， provided him with the dates and instructions to send flowers along with an appropriate note signed， "Your loving husband."

His wife was thrilled by this new display of attention and all went well until one day， many bouquets later， when he came home， hissed his wife and said offhandedly， "Nice flowers， honey. Where'd you get them?"


아내의 생일과 결혼기념일을 기억하는 일로 고민하던 남자가 그 문제를 극복했다. 그는 꽃가게와 거래를 트면서 날짜를 알려주고는 그 날짜에 '당신을 사랑하는 남편'이 보내는 적당한 축하 말을 곁들여 꽃을 배달받기로 했다.

그렇게 느닷없이 애정을 표시해주자 아내는 여간 좋아하는 것이 아니었다. 그런데 꽃배달이 몇 번인가 잘 이어진 어느 날 집에 돌아온 남편은 아내에게 키스하고는 무심결에 "꽃 참 아름답군.누가 보내왔지？"하고 묻는 것이었다.
