A prospective juror was asked by the trial judge if she belonged to any secret societies. She replied that she did， but would not tell him which one.

The judge explained that she must answer the question fully， but again adamantly refused.

Exasperated， he said， "Lady， I am going to ask you one more time and if you refuse， I will hold you in contempt of court!"

"All right， Your Honor，" she confessed. "I belong to Overeaters Anonymous."
