[비즈니스 유머] 페어플레이 - Fair Play

Two guys in a bar are watching the TV. There is a news report about a man who threatens to jump off a 10-story building unless the bank in the building gives him 3000 dollars. One guy says to the other: “I bet you 100 bucks that guy jumps.” The other guy takes the bet, and the guy on the TV ends up jumping. So the loser hands over the $100, but the winner gives it back, saying that he had already seen the guy jump on the earlier showing.

술집에서 두 사내가 TV를 보고 있었다. TV에는 그 건물 은행에서 3000달러를 주지 않으면 10층에서 뛰어내리겠다는 남자에 관한 뉴스가 나오고 있었다. “나는 저 남자가 뛰어내린다에 100달러를 걸겠어”라고 한 사내가 말했다. 상대방이 내기에 응했고 뉴스는 그 사내가 뛰어내리는 걸로 막을 내렸다.

내기에서 진 사내가 100달러를 건네줬다. 그러나 상대방은 이미 방영된 뉴스를 통해 그 사람이 뛰어내리는 걸 봤다면서 그 돈을 되돌려주는 것이었다.
