Son: Dad, you and Mom never fail to take me to church every Sunday. And you know I don’t like it…

Dad: Well, what about it?

Son: I’m sure you didn’t like it when you were as little as I’m to be taken to church.

Dad: No, honestly, not.

Son: Then, why don’t you do as the Bible says?

Dad: Well, what do you mean, son?

Son: It says people should treat others in the way that they want to be treated themselves.

아들: 아빠하고 엄만 내가 싫어하는 걸 잘 알면서 일요일만 되면 꼭 나를 교회로 데리고 가는데…

아빠: 그래서 어쨌다는 거야?

아들: 아빠도 내 나이 때 교회로 끌려가는 게 싫었을 거잖아.

아빠: 솔직히 말해서 싫었어.

아들: 그럼 성경 말씀대로 하면 좋잖아요?

아빠: 그게 무슨 소리냐?

아들: 남들이 나에게 해주기를 바라는 것처럼 남에게 해주라는 말 있잖아요.
