[비즈니스 유머] 반품 - Returns

A woman came into a store that sells handbags and luggage to return a purse that she bought a few days earlier. The store’s policy was not to take returns of used merchandise, but the woman assured the sales clerk that the item was still brand-new. “I never used it,” she claimed. Since the woman was so insistent, the clerk refunded her money. Minutes after she left the store, she returned. “Excuse me,” she said sheepishly. “I left my keys inside that purse.”

핸드백과 여행가방을 취급하는 가게에 한 여자가 나타나 며칠 전에 구입한 핸드백을 반품하려 했다. 일단 사용한 상품은 반품 받지 않는 게 점포 방침이었으나 여자는 그 상품이 새것 그대로라고 주장했다. “한 번도 사용하지 않았다고요.” 이렇게 우겨대는 바람에 점원은 여자에게 환불을 해줬다. 그런데 가게를 나간 지 불과 몇 분 만에 다시 나타난 그 여자는 영 어색한 표정이었다. “미안한데요, 그 가방 안에 열쇠를 두고 갔네요.”
