Offers One-Stop Experience, from Purchasing to Maintenance, for Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC Vehicles
SEOUL – General Motors has opened a new product showroom at its company-owned Seoul Service Center in Yangpyeong-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. Customers can explore products from GM's Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC brands under a single roof. They can also access a comprehensive range of services, from purchasing to vehicle maintenance, in one location.
The newly opened showroom is situated on the first floor of the GM Owned Seoul Service Center, which began offering maintenance services following its completion in June. Featured vehicles include the Cadillac LYRIQ and Escalade, Chevrolet Trax Crossover, and GMC Sierra. A dedicated consultation area offers product estimates and advice. Visitors can also book test drives for key models including the Cadillac LYRIQ, Escalade, XT4 and XT6, Chevrolet Trax Crossover and Colorado, and GMC Sierra through each brand's website (Chevrolet - https://www.chevrolet.co.kr, GMC - https://www.gmckorea.co.kr/, Cadillac - https://www.cadillac.co.kr/).
Cadillac, which has been expanding its service centers and showrooms across the country since early this year, aims to increase customer interaction through the Seoul Service Center showroom. To celebrate its opening, the luxury brand is offering limited-edition reusable bags to visitors, while Chevrolet is giving away branded mugs and automatic wine openers on a first-come, first-served basis.
"The launch of the GM Owned Seoul Service Center showroom is part of GM's commitment to innovating customer service, rooted in our customer-first philosophy," said GM's Korean Operations Vehicle Sales and Service Vice President Gustavo Colossi. "In this newly designed space, customers can experience all of GM's brands. With sales, product consultations, test drives and purchase options, it provides a truly comprehensive and impactful brand experience."
The easily accessible company-owned service center spans 3,970.60 square meters (1,201 pyeong) and has a total floor area of 26,252.23 square meters (7,941 pyeong) across eight floors above ground and three basement levels, making it the largest service center in Seoul. It is equipped to precisely diagnose and repair up to 100 vehicles daily.
The facility includes a showroom and consultation area on the ground floor, underground parking for about 180 vehicles, maintenance and repair areas on the second to fourth floors, sheet metal and paint shops on the fifth and sixth floors, and office space on the seventh and eighth floors. It also features a high-end lounge area and a streamlined repair and reservation system to enhance customer convenience.
The GM Owned Seoul Service Center is located at the southern end of Yanghwa Bridge in Seoul at 234 Seonyu-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. Customers can make reservations through the call center or the website, with additional information available via the KakaoTalk channel (Search “GM Korea Owned Seoul Service Center in KakaoTalk).
GM’s Korean Operations announced earlier this year the company’s strategy to enhance its presence in the Korean market by offering a distinctive customer experience in sales and service. As an additional part of this initiative, the East Seoul Service Center in Seongsu-dong is being renovated into a large-scale complex with eight floors above ground and four underground levels.
